Cole Groom is the co-founder of Balance Breathing, an expert in using breathwork to
enhance mental health, resilience, and overall well-being. Having spent over a decade in the Netherlands, Cole’s personal journey with breathwork began during a challenging period of anxiety. Through this transformative experience, he discovered the profound impact breathwork has on managing stress and reclaiming mental clarity—insights that led him to co-found Balance Breathing.
